Great place, great smoothies, and I been going there for years and I love it. Today I just had an epiphany inside this smoothie shop. YOU HAVE ALL THESE MARVEL THEMED SMOOTHIES BUT NO SPIDER-MAN?!?! Spider-Man isn’t just another comic character. He is the greatest of all time. More importantly, he is new yorks favorite super hero! Now how is a smoothie place called “Big Apple Smoothie” going to have all these different themed smoothies and totally miss out on a great opportunity. At least the X-Men are from Westchester lol so they got that right

Best smoothies, hands-down in White Plains and most likely Westchester. Been coming here for three years and now weekly and all the ingredients are fresh and never have had an issue highly recommend Jim. The owner is also very friendly and the staff is great as well.

I just recently started to come and buy smoothies here and I love it ! They are delicious and easy for a pick me up ! Staff is very sweet and welcoming with a smile !

jim, walked into shop today and ordered two 24 oz smoothies. receipt showed charge $7.75 each , sign on wall indicates $7.25 for a 24 oz smoothie. when brought up to cashier, answer was prices went up and owner has not gotten around to changing sign. nonsense!! my receipt also indicates anti oxidant for both smoothie (correct) but according to your sign that is a free additive. what gives, prices went up or one supplement is no longer free? I GOT RIPPED OFF TODAY JIM, LETS TALK.

Smoothies are good(depending who makes it,) hence the four stars. Employees are friendly enough, but more so with each other rather than customers. Their cellphones are always out when I come in, which I generally don’t mind since it’s usually during slow times. However, this is consistently the case when I come in after trying to call ahead and place my order over the phone and getting the answering machine. Many times I assumed they were closed or just very busy and no chance to answer the phone, only to come in and see that not only are they open but they are empty with employees gossiping and rubbing their phones, blatantly ignoring another phone call. It’s not a big ask to have someone pick up the phone, you’d do more business if they’d make that change and maybe some sort of customer service training? A smile goes a long way. Also, consistency in smoothies, some male employees clearly have no clue what they are doing as nothing tastes right when they make my drinks. I can’t imagine it’s that hard to replicate the recipe, since I’ve had good experiences here more often than not, it’s just a lack of effort or lack of caring on the employees part.
